Leeds Held at lowly Port Vale

Luke Rodgers netted a dramatic 93rd-minute equaliser as rock-bottom Port Vale earned a 3-3 draw to dent Leeds' stuttering promotion hopes.

Two goals from debut man Doug Freedman was not enough to secure a win for Leeds whose 3500 traveling fans were beginning to voice their disapproval.

The other top teams also had off-days as League One leaders Swansea slipped to a 4-2 defeat by Northampton, Doncaster lost 1-0 to Brighton and fourth-placed Nottingham Forest were held to a 1-1 draw by Walsall at the City Ground.
Even the play-offs are looking like a lost cause now. Macca has not been able to stop the rot.
